2. Proposal Creation

Based on our discussion, we’ll create a bespoke proposal tailored to your event. This proposal will detail:

  • The type of bar service (e.g., full bar, cocktail bar)
  • Drink selections
  • Staffing requirements
  • Equipment and setup details
  • Pricing and payment terms

Our goal is to provide a clear and comprehensive plan that aligns with your vision.

3. Booking Confirmation

To secure your booking:
 
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required.​
  • Contract: Review, sign, and return the contract provided with the proposal.

Once both the deposit and signed contract are received, your booking will be officially confirmed.

4. Preparation and Coordination

As your event approaches:
 
  • We’ll coordinate with your venue to ensure all logistical details are addressed.
  • If needed, we’ll handle any necessary licensing applications.​
  • A site visit can be arranged to finalise setup plans.​

Our team will ensure every detail is meticulously planned for a seamless experience.

5. Event Day

On the day of your event:

 

  • Our professional team will arrive promptly to set up the bar.
  • We’ll provide exceptional service throughout the event, ensuring your guests have a memorable experience.
  • After the event, we’ll handle the breakdown and cleanup of the bar area.
